Employer Specific Work permits (Without LMIA )

An employer specific work permit authorize a foreign national to work in a specific position for a specific employer, but don’t need a positive LMIA.

It allows the foreign national to work according to the conditions on the work permit, which include:

• the name of the employer you can work for
• how long you can work
• the location where you can work (if applicable)
